At The Army Painter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are here to make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
